Serves as a role model and clinical resource for other counselors as they provide individual and group counseling for Spanish-speaking victims of crime. Serves as a liaison between the community and Victim Intervention Program/Rape Crisis. Responsible for the provision of staff clinical training, intern training and supervision, and management of other special projects as assigned. Delivers therapy in a client centered manner, assuring that department productivity, patient care, and ethical standards are maintained.

Education:
- Must have a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work.

Experience:
- Must have four years of counseling experience.

Equivalent Experience:
- None

Certification/Registration/Licensure:
- Must have current licensure, as appropriate for profession, as follows: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor Intern (LPCi), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Skills or Special Abilities:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish and be able to provide counseling services in both languages.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of clinical interventions for victims of crime.
- Must be able to demonstrate patient centered/patient valued behaviors that meet department standards for excellence and ethical practice.
