Primary Purpose Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for PCCI. Develop proposals and ensure efficient hand-off process between business development deals to the implementation team. Gather and relate client feedback to improve PCCI value offerings. Recommend emerging client challenges beyond what is being addressed by the project management team. Manage account relationships with strategic partners.
Minimum Specifications :
Education - Must have a MBA, MSA or Master of Public Health or other related fields.
Experience - Must have 2-4 years of experience with a health care consulting firm or other relevant experience, such as sales, customer /client management, etc
Equivalent Education and/or Experience - May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.
Certification/Registration/Licensure - None.
Skills or Special Abilities - Excellent communication skills (both with our clients and our internals teams) - A go getter with a can-do attitude - Organized, proactive and goals oriented. - Technologically savvy with a desire and ability to learn and the curiosity to explore new ideas. - Ability to connect the dots and link client needs to PCCI solutions. - Ability to clearly articulate product features and key value propositions to diverse audiences - Advanced ability to write proposals, create presentations and deliver to clients/prospects. - 2-4-years experience in healthcare consulting with top consulting firms preferred or related/relevant field.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and communicate to Project Managers (PMs) emerging client issues promptly beyond what is being handled by PMs.
2. Work with Project Managers (PMs) to understand client needs (requirements) and communicate those successfully to delivery team.
3. Identifies and analyzes the design of jobs, work processes, workflows, etc. for PCCI's strategic partnerships and implements appropriate changes to improve effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency that support the overall goals of PCCI.
4. Stays abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field of Strategic partnerships by attending seminars/workshops, reading professional journals, actively participating in professional organizations, and/or maintaining certification or licensure. Integrates knowledge gained into current work practices.
5. Maintains knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws and guidelines that impact the Strategic Partnerships department (need verbiage area, department, vertical, arena).
6. Develops effective internal controls designed to promote adherence with applicable laws, accreditation agency requirements, and federal, state, and private health plans. Seeks advice and guidance as needed to ensure proper understanding.
7. Develops, implements, monitors, and revises annual goals and objectives for the Strategic Partnerships department that support the missions and objectives of PCCI. Collaborates with delivery team and strategic partnership / smart growth leadership to improve processes and handoff operations.
